Scarlet Quinn

An old, home recipe in the hands of a young woman.

A dream: the production of an artisanal pomegranate liqueur.

We imagined a red-haired queen, and we named her Scarlet Quinn. She is the fictional character we have placed as leading lady on our label.

Her name comes from the combination of the words Scarlet, which in the Middle Ages was a type of fabric usually of a bright red color, and Quinn, which in Irish means “wise”, “leader”.
